For this assignment, I conducted a STEEPLE analysis (Sociological, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political, Legal, and Ethical) to assess the external factors shaping Tesla’s business strategy. To enhance engagement, I created an animated infographic to visually present the findings, making the complex data more digestible and engaging. This analysis provided insights into how external forces impact Tesla's market positioning, regulatory compliance, and innovation strategies, helping to identify both risks and opportunities in the evolving automotive landscape.
By completing this project, I developed a stronger grasp of strategic analysis and business environment assessment. Researching Tesla’s external influences deepened my understanding of how companies must adapt to regulatory shifts, technological advancements, and societal expectations. Through this project, I refined my ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. I learned the importance of structuring business reports logically, integrating effective visual storytelling, and using proper citation methods to maintain credibility.
Additionally, this assignment strengthened my ability to formulate SMART goals and apply critical thinking when interpreting research findings.
