STRATEGIC internet marketing REPORT
Students were required to complete the Real-World Application: SMART Goals and KPIs assignment by acting as an Internet Marketing Consultant. For this project, I developed a business proposal for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, outlining 4-5 SMART business goals and pairing each with 2-3 key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure their success. To set the foundation, I provided background information on the company, explaining its digital marketing landscape and the areas of improvement needed for its online presence. I carefully structured the report to align business objectives with measurable outcomes, ensuring that each goal met the Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) criteria.
My approach involved breaking down each goal into its essential components and justifying its attainability by referencing current performance metrics, such as site traffic and social media engagement.
I also incorporated real analytics data and visuals, creating a compelling and professional report that illustrated how data-driven insights could optimize marketing strategies. My instructor highlighted my ability to clearly define business objectives, provide relevant context, and use visuals effectively to support my analysis. This assignment strengthened my ability to develop strategic recommendations based on digital analytics and reinforced my expertise in setting performance-driven marketing goals.

Analytics Tutorial
For the final Real World Application assignment, I created an analytics tutorial on Amplitude, tailored for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. The tutorial demonstrated how the company could leverage analytics to enhance its marketing efforts, providing an overview of the tool’s interface, key features, and implementation strategies.
I outlined the benefits of digital analytics, connected them to the company’s business goals, and illustrated how data-driven insights can improve customer engagement and ROI. This project allowed me to translate complex analytical concepts into an accessible and engaging format for business stakeholders.
Through this assignment, I refined my ability to present data-driven strategies clearly and persuasively. I gained valuable experience in aligning business objectives with analytics insights, demonstrating the impact of data on marketing success. Additionally, I strengthened my skills in creating multimedia presentations that effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
