In the Creative Presentation course, students are introduced to the foundations of oral communication and the essential principles of effective speech delivery. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, students gain the skills to build and deliver presentations that are both engaging and impactful. The course emphasizes storytelling techniques, meaningful content creation, and effective communication strategies. Students explore key aspects of public speaking, including understanding the audience, perfecting delivery, and crafting clear, purposeful messages.

PRESENTATION & SPEECH

For the Award-Winning Speech assignment, I created a formal presentation introducing a Full Sail University Hall of Fame inductee.

This experience allowed me to develop a clear and structured narrative, ensuring the presentation was engaging and focused on inspiring the audience. I also worked with multimedia tools, creating an audio/visual presentation with supporting images to enhance the message.

Through this assignment, I gained practical experience in creating an animated Keynote presentation, experimenting with opacity, font variations, and color schemes to enhance visual appeal. I also learned the critical importance of organizing content in a way that maintains audience engagement.

Blending visual elements with verbal delivery became a key focus, helping me refine my communication skills and ensuring that my presentations are both professional and inspiring. This experience has provided me with valuable tools for creating presentations that are not only informative but also resonate with and inspire audiences.
